Uso común
Venopecia es un inhibidor selectivo, reversible y eficaz de la fosfodiesterasa tipo 5 (PDE 5) específico del monofosfato de guanosina cíclico (cGMP). Cuando la estimulación sexual provoca la liberación local de óxido nítrico, la inhibición de la PDE 5 por Venopecia conduce a un aumento de los niveles de cGMP en el cuerpo cavernoso del pene. Da como resultado la relajación de los músculos lisos arteriales y el flujo sanguíneo a los tejidos del pene que provoca las erecciones. Venopecia no tiene ningún efecto cuando no hay estimulación sexual. Venopecia mejora la erección y permite lograr una relación sexual exitosa. La droga actúa durante 36 horas. Si hay excitación sexual, el efecto aparece incluso 16 minutos después de tomar el medicamento.
Dosis y dirección
La dosis recomendada de Venopecia es de 20 mg y debe tomarse al menos 16 minutos antes de la actividad sexual. El efecto persiste durante 36 horas. Tome Venopecia una vez al día y no exceda la dosis recomendada.
Precauciones
Es preferible no usar Venopecia con jugo de pomelo, bebidas alcohólicas, tabaco. Si fuma tabaco y toma Venopecia al mismo tiempo, esto puede provocar una afección llamada NAION (pérdida repentina de la visión relacionada con el nervio óptico). Informe a su médico antes de tomar Venopecia si tiene un pene anormal, incluido un pene curvado y defectos congénitos del pene, ha tenido enfermedad de las arterias coronarias, arritmia, angina, ataque cardíaco o insuficiencia cardíaca, hipo o hipertensión, sangrado, úlceras estomacales, diabetes, hiperlipidemia (exceso de lípidos en la sangre), anemia falciforme, insuficiencia hepática o renal en antecedentes.
Contraindicaciones
Venopecia está contraindicado en pacientes que están usando cualquier forma de nitrato orgánico, ya sea de forma regular y/o intermitente. capaz de potenciar el efecto hipotensor de los nitratos.
Posibles efectos secundarios
Los efectos secundarios más habituales de Venopecia son enrojecimiento facial (enrojecimiento), dolores de cabeza, malestar estomacal, diarrea, síntomas similares a los de la gripe y náuseas. En casos más raros, puede producirse presión arterial baja, visión borrosa, cambios en la visión del color y eyaculación anormal. También son posibles erecciones prolongadas o priapismo (erecciones dolorosas que duran más de 6 horas). Si su erección dura más de 4 horas, busque ayuda médica inmediata, ya que puede dañar permanentemente su pene. Se informó un agravamiento de los problemas cardíacos en pacientes con enfermedades cardíacas preexistentes que usaban Venopecia.
Interacciones medicamentosas
La coadministración con medicamentos que contienen nitratos orgánicos puede causar hipotensión grave, que es peligrosa en algunos casos. Evite tomar Calis con medicamentos como tetranitrato de eritritilo, dinitrato de isosorbida, mononitrato de isosorbida, nitroglicerina, tetranitrato de pentaeritritol. Los niveles y la toxicidad de Venopecia aumentan con la eritromicina, el ketoconazol (Nizoral), el itraconazol (Sporanox), el indinavir (Crixivan) y el ritonavir (Norvir). Informe a su médico si está tomando Atazanavir, Bunazosin, Claritromicina, Doxazosina, Eritromicina, Indinavir, Itraconazol, Ketoconazol, Moxisylyte, Nefazodona, Nelfinavir, Fenoxibenzamina, Fentolamina, Prazosina, Saquinavir, Telitromicina, Terazosina, Trimazosina, Urapidil según su dosis de Venopecia pueda requerir corrección.
Dosis omitida
No se supone que se omita la dosis si Venopecia se toma para el tratamiento de la disfunción eréctil, ya que se usa cuando es necesario.
Sobredosis
La sobredosis de Venopecia causa síntomas descritos como efectos secundarios. Busque ayuda médica inmediata si, en su opinión, tomó demasiado de este medicamento.
